Return and Refund Policy

We take pride in our Chili Oil and are confident that you will enjoy it! But, if you are not happy with your purchase, contact us right away at support@oishiiyochilioil.com so we may resolve the issue right away. We only ask that, if you ordered more than one bottle, the remaining bottle(s) be unopened with the outer plastic seal and inner foil seal intact in order for us to refund those other bottles as well. Be aware that the shipping charge will be deducted from any refund. Please DO NOT return any products without contacting us first. Thank you for your understanding.
