About Oishii Yo Chili Oil

My search for THE perfect chili oil ended when I made my own in my kitchen in 2023. I shared it with family and friends and they said it is so good.

That is how the name of my brand came about. “Oishii Yo”  in Japanese mean “it is good“. Yes, it is that good.  

Oishii Yo chili oil is deliciously spicy and garlicky with a beautiful aroma, tasty flavor, umami. It has  some crunch from the crispy  garlic pieces. It has just the right amount of spice that builds up as you chew and hits you at the back of your throat. This is what Oishii Yo Chili Oil is about, all of that.

It is wonderfully versatile because it goes with any kind of food, not jut Asian food. Not only that, it makes a delicious ingredient to your cooking.
